This spacious home welcomes pets and is perfect for a family getaway. The boardwalk to the beach is located right outside of the balcony making it easy access to the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas - the sand and waves are just a minute away. Nestled next to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, this gated community is perfect for couples or families who are looking for a relaxing vacation while enjoying all the amenities the community has to offer. When you are not strolling on the beach, building sandcastles, or swimming in the crystal clear ocean you can enjoy two pools, lighted tennis courts, boardwalks, playgrounds, and fishing ponds. There's no need to venture too far with great amenities right at your fingertips!

The minute you walk into this IMMACULATE home, you'll be greeted with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with a half bath. The light and airy living area have plenty of room for family or friends to gather around. The completely outfitted kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks the dining and living room. The dining area has plenty of room to enjoy your meals after a long day of play at the beach. The living area opens up to a balcony for you to enjoy gulf breezes while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. The sleeper sofa has a queen bed for additional guests. There is a 42" flat-screen TV w/HD.

Traveling upstairs you will find brand new vinyl plank flooring throughout. There are two master suites, one with a comfortable king bed and the other with a nice queen bed. Each bedroom has a full bath with a private balcony. There are Crew's Quarter's bunk beds in the hall that are perfect for the kids! The laundry room is centrally located between the bedrooms.

Other great features include a washer/dryer, covered parking, outdoor shower, gas grill, pack-n-play crib, beach chairs, toys, and gear. (Beach chairs, gear etc. are not guaranteed as items come and go throughout the year.)

When you are ready to venture out, enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in the quaint downtown of Port St. Joe located about 20 minutes away. Visit the historic lighthouse, ride horseback on the beach or take the ferry over to St. Vincent Island for the day! Don't forget, there are plenty of fishing charters for you to take a trip out on the water and hopefully catch your dinner for the night. Right outside of Barrier Dunes, string up your laces or jump on a bike and enjoy an 18-mile paved trail. About 25 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly rental rates available for the winter season. Please send a message to property manager if you are interested.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn’t begun since our photos were taken.

We loved the place. Amy was awesome to communicate with. We fished from the beach, that was a 30-second walk from the house all week. we watched the sun go down every day from the boardwalk. Great location to the state park and 2 great restaurants, coneheads, and long bills. Wonderful people in the area as well. I left my fishing poles and other stuff out, and they didn't get stolen. The only downside was the neighbors who were getting ready to go fishing at 5am one day, and 245am the other day, which woke our baby and made for a long day. Granted, they are probably renters too. Besides that we had a great time!!

The condo was just as described. It’s dated but the location is awesome. Plus we could have our dog. Cape San Blas is a great vacation destination, especially if you want some downtime. The king sized mattress was extremely noisy and not comfortable. The bathrooms were small and the AC did not cool the upstairs in the extreme heat. With that being said- the location surpassed our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is perfect… Kitchen was stocked minus a few things. Great unit for children. The only thing I would add is having chairs that adults can sit in. The 3 provided would not allow any adult to sit comfortably. My parents travelled with us so we purchased chairs. We come every year to the cape and enjoyed our stay

This will be our new spot! Love love love that it was a pet friendly unit! Our doggo had a great time! Condo was clean upon arrival. Short walk to beach. Our only hiccups were, the disposal didn’t work, but someone came the next day to fix. The room facing the beach has the queen bed and the king bed is in the room facing the road and the king bed is very squeaky, and lastly we had 2 vehicles and had to park one way up so we could fit both cars but then this blocks the outside hose and shower. I wish the hose was by the stairs so we wouldn’t have to walk back through the sand. We had the best time though and can’t wait to come back!!!

Me, my husband, and 3 of our friends rented this condo for a long weekend stay at the beach. You can see the water from both balconies, and you’re just steps away from the ocean-front pool. The condo had everything we needed for the stay and was very spacious. It rained most of our trip, but we still had a great time and can’t wait to come back next year!

The place was perfect walking distance to the beach! There were plenty of fish and sharks being caught by fishermen on the beach each day. It was the perfect long weekend get away in a beautiful area! My only complaint which is not about this place at all is there are not many food options nearby and most places close close early.

Great family value! Short walk to beach, not crowded and FANTASTIC sunsets. Unit had all of the essentials. Floor plan worked well for us (one family of four, one couple). Each family had their own suite and bedroom with bunks in the hall or super-comfy sofas. Home was originally built in the 80s, but paint and decor are up to date. Will book again!

Clean, comfortable, easy beach access, perfect for us! I am always hesitant trying somewhere we haven't stayed before. Reviews can only tell you part of the story. This place is clean, we did find a dead bug, downstairs by the entry where I am sure he got in. The house doesn't have a problem with bugs though. It was a great getaway. Thank you for the use of the house!

Great space for a small family for a summer beach trip! Check-in and communication were excellent! Steps away from the beach with multiple trail access! Very pet friendly! The outdoor shower was clutch for cleanup post-beach! Beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer was much needed for beach laundry! Close to the state park and a couple yummy restaurants! We had a great first beach trip and will definitely be coming back!

We reserved this unit for a long spring break weekend. The reservation process was easy and the management company was very responsive. The location was perfect! The beach was steps away and the pools were close by. The only complaint that we had was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well. The cookware needed to be updated as well as the utensils. We also could of used a cookie sheet/ bakeware while we were there.

We really enjoyed Brownie Pointe. The condo provides the most basic essential needs, but we have rented from other places in Barrier Dunes and were surprised that there was literally nothing in the refrigerator and freezer. The directions said any leftovers should be donated, which is really nice, but it is always nice to be able leave something for the next guest. We can't donate leftover ketchup/mustard, but both are good for long enough that it would have been nice to leave for the next person. The bug bites were out of control - assuming (hoping) it was just the no-seeums...maybe just the time of year. The beach is always amazing - less shells and no sand dollars this year, but again, could be time of year. The water spicket handle outside was broken, but we used a butter knife to turn if off and on and it worked perfectly. The property managers were wonderful - very quick to respond and also very accommodating. We will definitely be back to CSB!! Overall, the view and the proximity to the beach was exactly what we wanted and we were very happy with our stay!!
