This updated 3 bed 2.5 bath home with all new furniture in 2021 and modern coastal decor, has a Florida cottage feel! Just steps away from the boardwalk to the white sugary sands of Cape San Blas and a short walk to the community pool, it is the perfect place to make family vacation memories along the Forgotten Coast!!

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.

Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware, dinnerware, glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an INITIAL supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year.

Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Area Info: Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you’ll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. Venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in the quaint downtown of Port St. Joe, located only 15 minutes away.
Visit the historic lighthouse, ride horseback on the beach, or take the ferry over to St. Vincent Island for the day. For the fishing enthusiast, launch your boat at the nearby Indian Pass boat ramp and take in some first-class fishing, or book your family on a fishing charter for a day trip out on the water to catch your dinner for the night. When you want to experience the beauty of St. Joseph Bay, visit nearby Salinas Park with a playground, picnic table, fire pit, and boardwalk over the serene water. You can even get in some exercise by walking, running, or biking on the 19-mile paved trail.
About 25 miles away is the quaint, historical, fishing community of Apalachicola. Apalach is perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River, or grab some of the best seafood around! There’s a little bit of something for everyone in Port St. Joe, Florida.

The place was just as described. We took our family and our two dogs and had a great time. So much room to spread out and well stocked kitchen. Close proximity to beach access and the pool. We will be back! I highly recommended our entire rental experience. So many extras like beach buggies and beach towels.

he house was beautiful and the beach and pool were both easily accessible with a short boardwalk to either. The rooms were comfortable and the space itself was very nice. The only reason I am not giving it a five star review is that the pictures are misleading and need to be updated. There is a new home that has been constructed that almost completely obscures the ocean view from the home. You can now only see a tiny glimpse of the ocean from a certain angle of the porch. Also, there are three bathrooms and we reserved the home for 7 people, but there was only one roll of toilet paper in the entire home and it wasn’t a new roll. Toilet paper was listed as something that would be adequately provided, but 1 roll for 3 bathrooms and 7 people didn’t seem adequate. Other than that the home was well stocked, comfortable, and the location was good. The beach chairs and outdoor shower were very convenient!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Dreams. I didn't think the pool would be open or heated, but it was the perfect temperature (I think there may be a heating system with the tubes on the pool building roof?). We have never seen a double bunk bed on both top and bottom before so my son appreciated the width. The king sized bed was firm and I couldn't even tell if/when my spouse got up to use the bathroom. the stairs on the twin bunk bed were super fun to climb and put clothes in the drawers on the stairs for our daughter. There was construction going on nearby, but it couldn't be heard inside the rental much or at the beach or pool at all. I did wish that we had access to a tennis racket for the carpenter bees at the pool (territorial but don't sting usually), but they didn't stop us from enjoying the pool. The beach was amazing and the house was fabulous! I loved that there were separate thermostats for the upper and lower floors. We had a great time!!

We enjoyed our stay at this nice little beach house. It is incredibly convenient to both the beach and pool. With the boardwalk access to both being directly in the cul-de-sac. The house has beautiful views, but I imagine those will be gone soon because there is a lot of building going on directly next to it. My suggestions for improvement, would be a larger bed in both the guest and master bedroom. Both rooms have a double bed. Also, more furniture to store clothing in the guest bedrooms would be ideal. Overall a great spot though!

This property was fantastic. It was exactly what we were hoping for and more. The location was just what we were looking for, quiet and serene. The walk on the beach to the natural preserve is well worth it! The town of Port St.Joe is so quaint and the people are so welcoming. This area is a true hidden gem!

We spent the most relaxing week of vacation in our entire 48 yrs of marriage. The home was perfectly apportioned, just beautiful. Kitchen was set with any appliance,utensils you would need to cook. The best place was the 3/4 wrap-around deck to watch the waves and birds while we are having coffee in the morning and see all the stars at night. management company was spot on when we had questions or concerns. The are around the home was great, restaurants, National Parks but the best was being so close to the beach which was quiet and we enjoyed walking the beach and picking up shells. We highly would encourage anyone to select this property.

My husband and I have been to many spots in Florida on vacation but this was our absolute favorite. The house and location were great, with beautiful views, a quiet beach, and lots of stars. The house is beautiful, with a beach feel, all the kitchen amenities, screened porch, dining inside and outside, and beach towels, chairs and a wagon. The property company was very responsive, we were there during a storm and a screen came down, we called and it was fixed the next day. You can dine on the cape or go into Port Saint Joe, lots of choices and very little traffic. We loved our time on the forgotten coast and can’t wait to return to Beach Dreams. This property was perfect for our family of five! It was steps from the beach and pool, a short drive to the Cape and town of Port St Joe, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It had all the modern amenities including a Keurig! They also provided beach chairs. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was poor cooling in the master bedroom when the sun was on one side of the house but it only lasted a few hours. We look forward to returning soon!

The sunrise to sunset views are wonderful. It’s a very short stroll via the private neighborhood boardwalk that takes you to the isolated long stretches of white sandy beaches, or a private pool if you wish. Bring a chair and your favorite beverage and enjoy the porpoises/dolphins swimming and people strolling by occasionally. You can play in the shallow water close to your chair as the water and waves are gulf sized. Take your seat on the screened porch and enjoy your food and drinks at the house. Ride a bike to the close by community park on the multipurpose trail.
