Area Attractions:
Port St. Joe blends small-town Southern character with easy access to some of the Gulf Coast's most beautiful natural landscapes. The historic downtown offers locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants along Reid Avenue, where visitors can browse for art, antiques, and handmade goods before sitting down to a plate of fresh oysters or grilled grouper.
Nature lovers will find plenty to explore just outside of town. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is consistently ranked among the best beaches in the country, featuring miles of undeveloped shoreline, coastal dunes, and pine flatwoods teeming with wildlife. The park's bay side is a top destination for scalloping in season, and its trails offer excellent birdwatching, especially during migration. Port St. Joe also serves as a convenient launching point for boat tours, offshore fishing charters, and paddling trips through the calm waters of St. Joseph Bay.

We enjoyed our stay the house was great!! The beds slept good and everything was very clean!! Very updated and comfortable. We loved the pool except it would have been better if there was a rail at the steps for getting in and out. (Older people need something to hold on to for safety. ) If the front pouch was screened in would be nice. Was a very relaxing vacation over all !!! Would highly recommend this house!

We always rent from Sunshine Vacation Rentals. Great communication, any issue will be quickly taken care of, previous renter discount, always clean. This particular house had great views, perfect location, pool was clean and refreshing. Master bed was very comfortable, didn’t use guest bedroom. Only thing I would recommend, the doors leading to the porch off of the master are very hard to open and close. Maybe WD40 or something might help. Great to see Sunshine Vacation Rentals adding properties to choose from. Great management company!

We recently stayed at this charming beach house, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves instantly set the tone for a relaxing escape. The house is beautifully maintained. The living area was spacious and filled with natural light, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We especially loved the double balconies. it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets.The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand and within walking distance to a restaurants or lounge for live music . Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this beach house makes the ideal home base.We enjoyed relaxing in our own private pool and grilling at the end the day. We highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful seaside retreat. We’re already planning our next visit!

Super clean home with all the needed amenities and modern appliances . Perfect view of the ocean with only a short walk across the highway to reach the perfect beach spot. The owners are super nice and make sure you have all you need to make your stay the best. Will defiantly be back!!!!!

This home was one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The location couldn’t have been better, located right between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. There are plenty of restaurants/food trucks to choose from in the area. This is the perfect home if you want beach front plus a private pool. This home will definitely be our first choice when planning our next vacation in PSJ.

Amy's house was beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and brand new appliances! The beach was directly across the road and could be viewed from both balconies and the windows on the front. The pool in the back was a great plus! We enjoyed our stay!
