Discover the ultimate pet-friendly beach retreat just a short stroll from the sun-drenched shores of Mexico Beach. Stella Maris, which means star of the sea, caters to families and groups, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood and features a community pool.

This home has an option to rent a non-street legal golf cart for $35/night plus tax. Non-street legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on all side roads in Mexico Beach; however, it is not allowed to be driven on Hwy 98 or across Hwy 98. To access the beach using the golf cart, it may be parked on the corner of a side road and Hwy 98, and it is required to walk across Hwy 98 to access the beach.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles. NO BOAT OR RV PARKING ALLOWED IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.

Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.

Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

We arrived late but that was no trouble. The house was very clean and everything was perfect. This was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. A very short drive to the public beach, shops and restaurants. My family and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for a short but much needed beach trip!

10/10:5 stars! Absolutely amazing! House was spacious, clean and very well stocked! Comfortable and decorated, making you feel at home. Beds and rooms were nice. They definitely took the time to think about everything when doing this house. Kid and pet friendly. Pool was fun and clean. Would recommend!

This house is very close to the beach; once you exit the neighborhood you walk across the highway and onto the beach. We drove the golf cart that you can rent with the house, but some of us walked each day, too. The house has everything and is very nice, but also comfortable for a family. It had everything we needed for cooking and eating in. The neighborhood is small and nice. We will definitely return! If you want comfortable, open design, family-friendly, close to the beach, neighborhood pool, and not crowded, this is a great place to stay.

House was new and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Air conditioner worked great. Very short ride with vehicle or provided golf cart to beach. Close to community pool. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

We had a family of ten and plus our family dog . We never felt crowded very spacious. Long walk to the beach yet a short drive. Plenty of parking at the beach and along side the road with easy access to the beach. The first night our air conditioning was out but a quick call and they came quickly and was fixed the next morning. The pool was small but 99% of the time we had it all to ourselves . The pool and the area was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay again . We love Mexico Beach . We went June 17-21 it was like having our private beach not crowded at all . Again we love the house and will stay again.

Perfect place for our family. Checked in on Saturday and relaxed the rest of the week! The beds were very comfortable and everything was as described. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach( because I’m old) but could have walked. Enjoyed the pool and local shops.

Great new, clean house, well decorated and comfortable. The backyard was a pleasant, private place to relax. The community pool was heated and a quick walk from the house. Overall it was a great place to stay for our family! This was our first time in Mexico Beach and though the house was dog friendly, we were unaware that dogs were not allowed on the beach directly by the house. It was nice to have the golf cart, but we realized there were limited places to drive it to. It was still helpful to get to the beach as there were not consistent sidewalks the whole way from the house.

Our original plan was to stay only a couple of days just to check out Mexico Beach and the area, as a replacement for 30A as it has become too crowded. What a surprise, great property, NO COMPLAINTS at all. You will not be dissapointed. The area though is really still in recovery mode, a lot of construction and the only real restaurants are in Port St. Joe or St. Joe Beach We will be back

I loved everything about this property. We have a large family and had rented 2 houses for everyone to stay. We could all come to this house and eat and hangout and play games and it was perfect. The open floor plan gave us lots of room and never felt crowded. The home is gorgeous and very clean. The perfect place. We will definitely stay there again. We also met some of the neighbors and they were all so nice and welcoming. Could not have ask for more.

We had a great stay. The house is brand new and clean, and just around the corner from the beach. We looked for a garage door opener but didn't find one...it wasn't clear whether that was intended or not. We enjoyed hearing the mockingbirds in the morning. Overall great place!

We stay at air bnb’s once a month at least for our boys travel sports and had to stay in many in 2023-24 due to our house flood/rebuild and her place was by far the cleanest, decluttered, peaceful air bnb to date for us. She even accommodate a later check out because we were up most of the night due to bad weather watch. Can’t say enough this place and the host. We will book again.
