Great location with a short drive to the public beach access. Quiet neighborhood during the off season. We liked the unit. I’m not a fan of memory foam beds, so bed wasn’t very comfortable. The add on fees were much lower than similar units in the neighborhood, so we saved a few hundred dollars. We would say here again for sure.

This was what me and my family needed. Relaxing, beautiful pool, well kept grounds. The cottage was roomy enough to accommodate our little family complete with every amenity needed for a stress free vacation.

We had a great time and a great stay! The location of the cottage is wonderful with beautiful beaches nearby. It is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The cottage does have a bit of wear on some of the interior finishes and the carpet is quite stained. Overall, these didn’t detract from our time. We would stay again, as the host has already mentioned the carpet is being replaced soon.

We wanted a place for a fair price with community pool access for late afternoons. We did not mind being away from local beaches at Cape San Blas and St. George Island. We spent our days out and about, evenings in nearby St. Joe downtown at restaurants. And a couple of early afternoons at the clean property pool and large in-ground hot tub. Perfect for our family who cooks breakfasts and packs our own lunches too when we vacation.

Nice place, very well stocked kitchen and central to most driving destinations. Nice, clean community with 2 nice pools and a hot tub. If you’re distance walkers, there really is no place to walk unless you walk along the highway towards Windmark. Windmark Beach is a real nice walk, just really needs to be driven to. Area beaches are beautiful; definitely worth the drive to Cape San Blas. Thanks!

Home was nice and comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood and surrounding area. Neighborhood is located in a very quiet area with not much around you. Home not as well stocked as others we have stayed in. Perfect for a nice relaxing vacation.

The place is very nice, clean and comfortable. Pretty close to central Port St Joe. The instructions for the property noted that parking passes were required to park there. We could not find any passes and tried to contact the rental company with no response but we didn’t end up have any issues. Also no trailers are allowed in the complex, which is noted on the listing but makes it difficult to enjoy the bay. Recommend contacting Bayou RV and Storage for temporary boat storage while there. They were awesome.

Great place to stay in Port St Joe! The kids loved the pool. It was nice having that option when the waves were rough. Very quiet community. Definitely recommend the Barefoot Cottages.

Loved staying at Seas the Day! The check in process was so simple, the property was very clean and well kept, had plenty of supplies and amenities which was a great help. Access to the pool and other property amenities were very close buy. We enjoyed the location of the cottage near town as well as the beach…plus we were easily able to get to Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, and good restaurants with a quick drive. We would definitely choose this location again. My kids and our dog loved the house as well. If you don’t mind not being right on the beach this is a great choice!

The house was very accommodating! You felt right at home the moment you arrived. The ease of getting into the house was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. Only issue we had during the whole stay was mainly with the facility. While at the pool a few times people arrived who did not actually live or vacation in the facility. They were teenagers at most and were all over the place and no regard to families there who are paying to enjoy these amenities. Unfortunately there was no one to call or have anything done at that time. Other than that the house was excellent. Great location and easy access. We even had that small section to ourselves which made it even more relaxing and peaceful. Will be returning!

Amy and Renee were excellent hosts with timely communication. The home is great all-around (both kid-friendly and pet-friendly) and well-appointed with essentials and starter items. Our favorite aspect of the home was the screened-in decks, particularly the second-floor deck with views of the water. Thank you for hosting us, Amy and Renee!

We loved our stay in Port St Joe. We spent 5 days between Christmas and New Year’s, and it was such a treat to get away for a few days. The house was very nice, and we loved sitting on the porches. We especially loved being able to bring our dogs with us. It was very easy to communicate with Amy, and she replied to our questions quickly - even on the weekend. We definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful space, like a balm for the soul- to sit out on the screens in porch , hear the cicadas, watch the frogs, across the street from the bay beach, shell collecting, beautifully decorated and so quiet. And the pools, the kids loved it, we loved it, we will definitely be back.

Our family had a great time and truly loved the house. It was so clean, comfortable and quiet! We are already planning our next trip!!

Sea's The Day is a great place to bring family and your pets. This place is clean and sleeps comfortable. My boys enjoyed the pools there after our daily visit to the beach. I recommend eating at Shipwrecked Raw Bar and The Krazy Grill the food is delicious. We went to the Light house and visited the inlet water's there which we saw tons of hermit crabs and shells and a baby shark. If your looking for great beaches and quietness this place is perfect and not over crowded. Truly a forgotten coast that is beautiful. We will be back again!!

Our little family loved staying at Seas the Day. The cottage was well equipped and our young daughter loved riding her bike around the neighborhood and swimming at the pools. You will have to drive to the beach, but I’ll trade that slight inconvenience for peace and quiet. I recommend riding down to Windmark Beach one day (it’s only a few minutes away) but has a great restaurant and nice and quiet beach with a lovely boardwalk. I would definitely recommend Seas the Day for a quiet family vacation!

Wonderful house, very convenient 5 min drive down to the town. Easy check in check out.

The cottage is extremely clean. Favorite part was private master balcony, we slept with door open to hear ocean breeze. Only 2 other cottages near but were not occupied. A great getaway!
