Area Attractions:
Port St. Joe blends small-town Southern character with easy access to some of the Gulf Coast's most beautiful natural landscapes. The historic downtown offers locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants along Reid Avenue, where visitors can browse for art, antiques, and handmade goods before sitting down to a plate of fresh oysters or grilled grouper.
Nature lovers will find plenty to explore just outside of town. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is consistently ranked among the best beaches in the country, featuring miles of undeveloped shoreline, coastal dunes, and pine flatwoods teeming with wildlife. The park's bay side is a top destination for scalloping in season, and its trails offer excellent birdwatching, especially during migration. Port St. Joe also serves as a convenient launching point for boat tours, offshore fishing charters, and paddling trips through the calm waters of St. Joseph Bay.

We had a great trip to Windmark Beach. Sea Smile was a wonderful house that is located super close to the pool and beach access. A lot of good restaurants and we loved that it had an in law suite for my parents. They had beach chairs and carts to carry all the beach equipment. We will definitely book this house again!

We have stayed in Windmark several times in the past. The unit we choose has the mother in law suite which works out very well for our needs. Sea Smile was well equipped in the kitchen area and was clean upon check in. The bicycles provided were also in very good shape for cruising the neighborhood and going to the beach. It is close enough to the eateries in the complex as well. I would recommend Sea Smile to anyone needing a little extra space for a vacation stay.

We have stayed in Windmark several times. This model is the best suited for our needs as the mother in law suite is perfect for our daughter who is handicapped. The unit was well stocked and the bikes were in very good condition to ride. The only issue was our neighbor seemed to be having a family feud. With about 10 people in the house, I guess it was bound to happen.

We loved our stay here! The home is well appointed very well laid out and super spacious. The beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family and Dog. We love that we were able to bring our dog with us. The home is immaculate and extremely clean. Every detail is thought of and we had everything we needed and more. The beach gear in the garage is so helpful, thoughtful and saved a ton of room in our car to not have to lug beach carts and chairs down. The neighborhood community is a lot of fun and we really enjoyed riding the bikes that are provided all around. The beach is so quiet and not crowded at all. We loved our stay!

Lovely home in a wonderful community. The home is inviting and comfortable. The beach community offers a bay side beach and a community pool. Our kids loved both. The bikes came in handy and gave our children some independent travel. All in all, I highly recommend!

We had an amazing time on our vacation, and the house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and even had that "new home" smell. Everything was spotless, and the hosts were awesome from the moment I booked our trip. We will 100% book this home again on our next stay.

Sea Smile is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. We had a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-17). There was plenty of room for everyone. The MIL suite is great with traveling with 2 families as it provides extra privacy. The beds and linens are super comfortable and the house was spotless at check-in. It’s not too far of a walk from the main Windmark area or the beach. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed riding around on that. You can park your golf cart right next to one of the many beach access points which made it very convenient great location located just a quick drive to nearby Mexico Beach or a little farther to reach Cape San Blas.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc, but if you don’t feel like cooking there are several restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend staying at Sea Smile!

We had a wonderful day! The place was extremely clean! My only feedback would be that it would be nice to have a little vacuum, even a handheld vacuum that we could use during our stay to help keep things tidy. We did use the broom and dustpan but maybe more efficient with a little vacuum. House was very nice and comfy!

Went for our daughters 21st bday. 1st time staying in windmark. And we are already planning our next trip. The house was nice, had everything we needed and then some. Perfect distance to the beach, pool and restaurants. The bikes made it even easier to travel around the community. And it is located close to both Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Our family will be back!!

Sea Smile is very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs were very convenient and we liked riding the bikes to the beach and village. The beds and linens were very comfortable. This was our first time staying at Windmark Beach, and we will be returning.
