Area Attractions:
Port St. Joe blends small-town Southern character with easy access to some of the Gulf Coast's most beautiful natural landscapes. The historic downtown offers locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants along Reid Avenue, where visitors can browse for art, antiques, and handmade goods before sitting down to a plate of fresh oysters or grilled grouper.
Nature lovers will find plenty to explore just outside of town. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is consistently ranked among the best beaches in the country, featuring miles of undeveloped shoreline, coastal dunes, and pine flatwoods teeming with wildlife. The park's bay side is a top destination for scalloping in season, and its trails offer excellent birdwatching, especially during migration. Port St. Joe also serves as a convenient launching point for boat tours, offshore fishing charters, and paddling trips through the calm waters of St. Joseph Bay.

My husband and I loved staying at the Cottage with our fur babies for the Valentine weekend. It was just the right size for us and so clean and cozy. It was exactly as described and seen in the pictures provided. We liked that it was one floor for our elderly dogs and my husband to navigate since he was recovering from knee surgery and other health issues. We also loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants too. The neighborhood was friendly and we met some fur baby friends too. This was the perfect getaway and we are so grateful we got to stay here.

Great little place to stay. I would suggest bringing a fan for each bedroom, as the air doesnt flow good into the bedrooms. Parking isnt the best but we made it work. Very cute, pet friendly, and a very short walk to the beach.

Amy’s home was clean and well taken care of. We loved how it was a super short walk to the beach and that it was close to both downtown Port St. Joe and Mexico beach! It was also nice that we got to bring our pups with us!

Nice little cottage, close to the beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t long, we had kids and hated the walk across the main road to access the beach, but it honestly was on only bad during the afternoon hours, early morning, late at night, hardly no traffic and easy to cross. Maybe a 3 -5 min walk. Description of place was dead on, host was nice and responsive. Perfect space for our small family.
