CORAL SUNSETS is located in the waterfront community of Windmark which features a swimming pool, playground, restaurants, shops, and the most AMAZING SUNSETS. With a spacious and private floor plan, this home is perfect for multi-families including a mother-in-law suite with a private kitchen and sitting area. This one-level home is BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION with ALL BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS FURNISHINGS! Military and Law Enforcement discounts are available upon request.
As you enter Coral Sunsets, you are greeted with warm coastal vibes and an open concept floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The two guest bedrooms and guest bath are located near the front of the home, the first bedroom offering a brand new comfortable double bed. The second guest bedroom offers a twin over a full bunk bed and a 40-inch smart tv and DVD player. The guest bath located in between the two guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops.
As you venture down the hall you will find the gorgeous open concept living/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for a home-cooked meal, and also includes a drip-style coffee pot, blender, and toaster. This chef's kitchen offers granite countertops, a large island with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, an electric cookstove, and tons of cabinet space. The dining area provides seating for 9 people. Gather the family and kick back on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite show on the 70-inch smart tv. The master bedroom is conveniently located just off of the living room and offers a comfortable king-size bed, sitting area, and a 50-inch smart tv. The en-suite bath offers a custom walk-in shower, a garden tub for a relaxing bubble bath, and large double vanity with granite countertops. Lounge on the screened-in patio while enjoying the serenity and peacefulness of the natural surroundings.
Enjoy a multi-family or just some simple privacy from the rest of the family in the spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath mother-in-law suite. This bonus area offers a comfortable king bed in the private bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with granite countertops. The living/kitchen area offers a fully stocked kitchen area with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 58-inch smart tv.
In the large attached 2-car garage, you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, a shuffleboard table, and 4 bikes available for your use. (Beach chairs, gear etc. are not guaranteed as items come and go throughout the year.)
Windmark Beach has numerous boardwalks in the community giving you convenient access to the calm and shallow waters for you to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The 3.5-mile path is perfect for a casual walk, jogging, or cycling. Village Center has restaurants, shops, and a gym you may access with a daily/weekly pass. Enjoy a splash in the 35,000 sq ft. zero-entry pool located in the Village Center. The community has 24-hour roving security.
When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers restaurants and shops. For an adventure, take a ride to Cape San Blas and visit St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddleboards. For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park. If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage. About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!
This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $224 will be added to your reservation after you book.
The exterior of this property is secured by video cameras.

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.
Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.
Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn’t begun since our photos were taken.

My family really enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room for my kids and grandkids they loved it they wanted to stay at the BLUE HOUSE that is what they called it. The golf cart was great we loved the beaches restaurants only wish had a little more time for checkout maybe 11.

We used a long weekend to come stay at coral sunsets. Although the weather didn’t cooperate with us, we had a wonderful time at the house we enjoyed the golf cart and the bikes, and everybody had enough room that they could spread out and do their own thing on a rainy day. I look forward to hopefully coming back in the summer.

This property held my family of 4, along with my parents and my mother n law. Never felt crowded. Golf cart was a great addition to our rental and we also took advantage of the beach gear. Windmark community feels like an inclusive vacation. Nightlife, beach, pool gym, and restaurants. This was our 3rd stay and won't be our last!

My nephew got married on the beach and the house was large enough for all 3 generations to stay. 2nd kitchen made preparing enough food easy for the rehearsal dinner. The kitchens were both well appointed and we knew to bring extras like hand mixers, muffin tins (there are some at the house too) and crock pots. The golf cart was Perfect and worth the extra $. The community is fantastic with a great pool with bar service. We took full advantage of the bikes, pool floats, shuffle board table and all the games. So convenient to all the new restaurants and life coming bacl.

We found the home spacious, super clean, and beautifully decorated. The additional in-law suite was a perfect set-up for two families and the separate kitchens were extremely helpful for those with special diets or food allergies. We loved that the large pool and beach were nearby, but its location between Panama City and St. George's Island allowed for easy beach hopping days as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Accommodations were great for our group. The house is very spacious, well stocked with household items. Clean, neat and tidy. The neighborhood was very nice. Very Quiet. Activities and stores at in the area were good. Access to the beach was easy and close. We found several nice small restaurants in the area and the water and sunsets were gorgeous.

Bring your clothes, swimsuits and toiletries the rest is here waiting for you! This is the best rental I have ever stayed in. It was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We used the beach gear, golf cart and played shuffleboard as well. If there is something you need that is not provided, Piggly Wiggly will have it. The kitchen is ready for cooking with a great assortment of cooking utensils. The location is perfect! You can enjoy the calmer waters of the bay or drive just a few miles down the road to the beaches on the gulf. You ca take a day trip to St George Island and Appalaciacola or Cape San Blas. Piggly Wiggly will even season and steam fresh shrimp for you while you shop. I simply cannot wait to come back! I had the best time!

Perfect!!! We will definitely stay here again!! We came in December and basically had the pool to ourself every time we wanted to swim and very few if any on the beach. Absolutely stunning view on the ocean, great for pictures!! Loved the trail for biking or walking, perfect for the kids to get some energy out!! House was perfect for my family and I! 100% clean and stylish! Anytime I had questions about anything I got a response in just a few minutes!! Would 100% recommend!! Only downfall was I was consistently wondering what the “real time” was when I wasn’t at the house. FYI eastern time. Lol I can’t wait to come back and watch the community grown, there is construction across the street with new houses being built but I never heard any noise. Very quiet area, great place to relax! Would 100% recommend location and host!

The Mackey family absolutely love it here! We will definitely make this vacation spot a tradition. We cannot wait to come back and see the community grow!
We had a great time. This was our first visit to the Windmark Beach community and we are hooked! The house had plenty of room for our big group and the golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach super easy! We will definitely be back.
