Come experience a laid-back and relaxing beach vacation at the adorable Coral Cottage. Just a few short blocks away, you'll find miles of pristine white sand beaches for you to enjoy and explore. This cozy home is located in a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood and features a split floor plan. The warm coastal decor and furniture welcome you to your home away from home! With the option to rent an on-site golf cart, getting to the beach to catch some rays is very convenient!
This location is pet-friendly and is conveniently located near several pet-friendly beaches (pet fee applies/$125 per pet, maximum pets 2).
As you enter the main living area, you find the open concept living and dining area giving you plenty of room to spread out and relax. After a long day at the beach, you can kick back and relax with your favorite show on the 65" smart TV, or play a board game at the spacious kitchen table. With a fully stocked kitchen, you will have everything you need to prepare a nice meal with family and friends.
The master suite offers a queen bed, 32" TV, and a full bathroom. The master bath offers a spa-like bathtub area, stand-alone shower, and large vanity. The first guest room offers a full bed and TV, and the second guest room offers a twin daybed. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo and single vanity.
When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers restaurants and shops. For an adventure, take a ride to Cape San Blas and visit St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddleboards.
For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park along the beautiful St. Joe Beach. If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage. About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! If interested in exploring the Forgotten Coast, enjoy a quaint brunch at The View in Windmark Beach or enjoy a stroll shell-looking along the Gulf of Mexico. You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.
The exterior of this property is secured by video cameras.

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.
Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.
Monthly rental rates available for the winter season. Please send a message to property manager if you are interested.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn’t begun since our photos were taken.

Overall house was very clean and cozy. The house is in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. The only downfalls was the golfcart not working and did not know until after I rented. The air conditioner is very loud and could barely hear the tv or anyone talk. The location was great close to the beach and restaurants.

Overall we were happy with our stay. I will say it is the first time I have had to pay to check in early ($20 per hour) so keep that in mind when you are headed there and also a fee if you check out late ($50 per hour), which didn't really bother me. Make sure you pack some Pam spray bc the pots and pans are pretty worn and food sticks easily. Not a fenced in yard, so beware, though our dog isn't one to run off. Beautiful little town, very friendly people and most places are dog friendly! We will probably stay in Cape San Blas next time.

Everything was perfect! We were missing none of the comforts of home with all of the beauty of Port St. Joe’s Beach two blocks away. Enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood with our dog and the fried oysters at Shipwreck’s, 5 blocks away; short trips into town for shrimp tacos at Dagwoods, ice cream at Sugar Shack PSJ, donuts at Sweet Buns, Mexican again at Peppers. We cooked a lot at ‘home’ in a very well-supplied kitchen. Nice private back porch was great at the end of the day. Flatscreen TVs everywhere and a fabulous master bathroom. We will be back!

We arrived to find the pictures did not do the house justice. It was absolutely perfect for 2 couples, a block away from the beach. Everything we needed was right there. The master bed was extra comfy! Gas stove was nice to have too!

Great location, great floor layout, and everything you need provided for you. I was pleasantly surprised there was a baby chair, toys, books, and even movies for kids. The place was very clean and the cleaning lady was really awesome. We requested to check in early to drop off our food in the fridge and Amy was able to accommodate us without any problems. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was nice to be in walking distance to the store and the beach. If we're traveling back in the area, we will definitely book here again.

This property was very clean and had everything we needed for our spring break trip. We loved the rental of the golf cart because it helped transport us and our beach gear. We loved that the house was pet friendly. The only thing that we had a complaint about was the one bedroom (with a daybed) didn't have a big enough mattress to pull out and sleep another person.
