Bird’s Nest is a newly remodeled, 4 bed, 4 bath GULF FRONT home, with a private pool and boardwalk to the beach. Unobstructed gulf views from every level. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, two balconies, and tons of other great amenities! 

Night Minimum: 7-night minimum required with check-in and check-out on Sunday during certain periods of the year, otherwise, 4 night minimum.  

Property Description: 
Ground level: covered parking, elevator servicing all floors, entry to foyer, guest suite.

Ground level master suite: offers a comfortable king size bed, smart tv, en-suite bath, private access to covered patio and pool. En-suite bath with custom tile shower and single vanity.   

Level 2: Open concept living, kitchen, dining area, guest suite. 

Living room: spacious living room offers comfortable new furniture to kick back and relax, 65” smart tv, access to covered balcony boasting panoramic gulf views!
Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen offers a keurig and a normal drip coffee maker, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Pantry/ laundry room is located in the kitchen. 
Guest suite: offers a comfortable queen bed, smart tv, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo, and a single vanity. 

Level 3: 2nd master suite and guest bedroom

Master suite: offers a comfortable king size bed, smart tv, private access to covered balcony with panoramic gulf views. The en-suite bath is complete with a large custom walk-in shower, soaking tub, large his and her vanity. 
Guest Bedroom 2: offers 2 sets of bunk beds, twin/twin and twin/full, and an additional king size bed. The en-suite bath offers a shower/tub combo, and a large single vanity. 

Outdoor Amenities: Covered parking for 2 vehicles and extra parking in the driveway, gas grill, outdoor hot/cold shower, private beach boardwalk, a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee of $45/night between October through April, 2 covered gulf front decks, boat parking

VayK Gear info: only applies to certain properties. To make your vacation more enjoyable and less stressful, your reservation includes a $250 credit toward any amount of quality beach gear.  Your gear will be delivered the day you check in and will be ready to use immediately.  Some items you may rent, but limited to, are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

Credit card fee info: *All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.*

Supply info: This home comes with everything you need!  All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen.  We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

Age Limit: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. 

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.  

Boat Parking: Boat parking is available. 

Pet Friendly: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY:  We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.  All reservations include an administrative fee of  $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees.  Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Area info: When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.  Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores.  Do not forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles!  Less than a 5-minute drive is the popular St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, known for its untouched beaches, tall dunes, wildlife, and great snorkeling. You will have access to the Gulf of Mexico and the St Joe Bay where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards. Visit nearby Salinas Park with pickleball courts, a playground, fire pit, or launch a kayak or paddleboard in the St. Joe Bay. For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park. If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day.  Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage.  About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola.  It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around!  You won't be disappointed!  There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!
