Staying at 7 Palms Unit C at Mexico Beach, Florida exceeded our expectations. The unit was excessively clean and so tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. We were amazed at all the beach equipment located in the outside room. We literally only needed bathing suits to be beach ready. They had chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, a wagon, and fishing poles and tackle. 7 Palms Unit C is by far the best place we have ever rented. It was 200 steps to the beach and in a great location. We will be back!

Mexico Beach, Florida, has been our beach destination for 30 years. The months of April/May are just perfect. Amy's place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: beach chairs, fishing equipment, beach toys/rafts, and a beach cart to tote it all. There is plenty of parking, only 1/2 block to the beach. There are a lot of stairs with bedrooms on the 2nd level and kitchen/living on the top level. We are 70+, so getting groceries and bags upstairs is more of a challenge. Thank you, Amy, for a lovely place. We'll come back when there's an elevator!

I was surprised at how large the living, kitchen, and bedrooms were. Lots of places to sit rest eat and watch the Gulf from the balconies off of the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen was well stocked for any kind of cooking I wanted to do. Unfortunately there was not very many places to eat out at. took allot of daytrips to sight see and grab a great lunch at restaurants in the near by towns. I had everything I needed to fix a light dinner at night sit back watch the wave action on the beach or kick back and watch tv. The ability to park was super convenient well worth it

Our stay was great! My sister was recently diagnosed with cancer in May and this had been the perfect get away for our girls trip. The location and views were breathtaking. The condo was extremely clean and I loved all the house decor!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the 7 Palms beach house. We loved the location and views. We were able to walk a short distance to the ocean and enjoy the semi private beach access. The sunsets were breath taking and I loved sitting on the back porch each morning and drinking my coffee while taking in the ocean views! We can't wait for our next visit!

Had a great time with the family last week! Close to the beach, plenty of room for everyone, incredibly clean, and everything in “like new” condition! Restaurants close by (we loved Shipwrecked, The BrickWall, Uptown Raw Bar, and of course the ice cream-a side note-you are right on the Eastern/Central time zone line-so maybe consider that if trying to get to restaurants early). If I had to get picky, I’d love to see a cooking pot large enough to do a family sized low-country boil. Also, we were not able to locate the beach toys, wagon, etc. Anyone with mobility issues, may want to think about the stairs (3 levels). All in all, a great trip and we are planning to rebook for next year!

The place is exactly as described. Short walk to the beach, seems even closer than advertised. Plenty of pillows, blankets, beach toys, towels. Heads up - the kitchen is on the top floor so keep that in mind with groceries. You'll have to carry them up 2 flights of stairs but the view is well well worth it. I highly recommend renting!

Great location close to beach. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas were nice perks. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is lack of restaurants in the area. If you need your Charmin' and down pillows, you may want to bring your own. Good workout climbing stairs, too. ;-)

The home was absolutely gorgeous with magnificent views! My kids loved climbing 3 floors of stairs. They live for danger. My Mary Kay pink cadillac fit perfectly in the parking bay. Much needed vacation!

To be blunt, I’d prefer to write nothing about our stay at last weekend at 2501, unit C in Mexico Beach. This was such a perfect accommodation for us, we truly don’t want other folks to know about it... we’d like it to stay just the way it is for the next time we’re planning to spend time at the beach. This home is just about as perfect as anyone could want in a two-bedroom accommodation. As we are very picky about the places we stay. Beautifully (and abundantly) decorated throughout, this home looks as though it was finished and put on the temporary rental market yesterday. The entire home is spotless – top to bottom. There are too many wonderful things about this place to point out, but if you can imagine needing it for a stay at the beach – very likely what you’re thinking of will be there – in volumes that are a surprise and delight: dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, toaster, blender, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, storage containers of all sizes, washer, dryer, towels, sheets, blankets... TVs, internet, name it, it’s there. On top of this, in the outside storage room there is everything you need for a day on the sand for a family of four. Chairs, umbrellas, children’s sand toys, floats, a roller cart (no kidding – a cart for taking it all to the beach... approximately 100 yards from the door.) On top of all of this, Sunshine Vacation Rentals are absolutely super to work with. When we needed something – anything at all, a call or text was all that was necessary to receive a quick response and resolution. They’re a local company – so there’s no need to worry about someone trying to resolve issues for you from halfway around the world. This visit to Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe was just about as perfect as we could have imagined. I couldn’t recommend this home or Sunshine Vacation Rentals any more highly. As a very spur of the moment planned trip to the beach for a few days, this property was the absolute best. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The townhome is literally steps from the beach which was so nice. The utility closet was stocked with beach chairs which allowed us to leave ours at home. We will most definitely stay in this beautiful townhome again.

I came in July with my brother's family and sisters and again with my parents, aunt and sister. I think we have found our new favorite beach retreat. This home is wonderful and welcoming. Crazy Beach Pizza is sour favorite for pizza, fish tacos and ice cream! We enjoyed combing the beach for unique shells. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This scape in Mexico Beach was truly a wonder! I got a little nervous as we approached the place and it was right by a highway and around construction. Despite of that, the noise was not bothersome as the “sea sounds” prevailed. With two kids under 4, being steps away from the beach was extremely convenient. The sea was clear and felt like a giant swimming pool with lots of sea life to observe. Kids also loved the candy and pizza places at walking distance. If you like the ‘low key’, ‘small town’ vibe, this place is for you. The house was nothing short of perfect. It looked brand new, was spacious enough for a family of 4, very clean, with lots of convenience items, great beach gear. On top of that, the thoughtfully picked decor and furnishing gave it an unique, high-end, ‘homey’ feel. Definitely a 5 star stay.

We love everything about this beach house. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach. Location was great. We will definitely be back!

Suggestions: Some hooks outside by the outdoor shower and maybe even some privacy screens around the shower.
