We had a wonderful vacation this week! The Sunshine Vacation Rental was very nice to work with. They were quick to respond with any answers or needs. The home we rented was perfect for our family. Mexico Beach is our new favorite. Our family owned a home for many years on 30A and we have fond memories but we won’t be going back. Downtown Port St. Joe also provided a great family atmosphere and food too!!

The best parts of our stay were proximity to the sandy beach (just a few doors down), and permission to bring the dog. The outside patio area that surrounds the cottage is fenced and gated, which is added security for dogs and kids. Beautiful hedges enclose the back patio area, but no lawn/play space. Thank you!

If I could give it 10 stars I would! My family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding! She got married in Windmark just a short drive away. We have our own house in CSB but is currently condemned from erosion, so we know the importance of how it should make you feel! It far exceeded all our expectations. This house made us feel at home from the layout, bedrooms and even the backyard! Bonus for having it fenced in for our fur baby!!The proximity to the beach is phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things about this property! Thank you for sharing your space for others to enjoy! The past week was stressful and beautiful (wedding) and this house gave me the comfort and downtime this mama needed

This property was the perfect location for us! We have dogs that love walks on the beach, and this home made walking with them so easy! It also was a bonus that we were so close to Richey’s as they have the best burgers in the area! The home was super clean and had everything we needed! The carpet in the master had some stains, but it smelled clean and I’m sure that carpet is something the owners will replace over time. The kitchen had everything we needed and the layout of the bedrooms is great for a large family! That said, if you have the amount of people the home sleeps (maybe 12?) you will be crowded in the living room as there is just a couch and 2 chairs. But who needs tv when the beach is steps outside your door! The backyard is private and we enjoyed many evenings on the covered back porch. We were so thankful to be able to spend two weeks in this beautiful home And hope to return in the spring!

Updated and very spacious. Room above garage was perfect for my younger grandchildren. Loved the short walk to the beach. Only negative was the very early 9am checkout time. It ruined our last night bc we packed and went to bed early so we could be out by 9am

Magnolia 7 is beautiful! It was a perfect house for our family of 7. We wanted a relaxing beach location, and this fit the bill perfectly. The beautiful, white sandy beaches were literally right across the street. Sunsets were gorgeous. We also loved that this property was dog friendly. We did have some issues with the washer/dryer, but they were upfront with us and responded in a timely manner to get it resolved. One has to be aware that this property is right on a time zone between Eastern and Central, so when making dinner reservations one must be cognizant of that. We would definitely return to this location in the future!
